A Year Out – Our Predictions For Scottish Representation On The British & Irish Lions Tour

#3 Rory Sutherland: Probable

What a difference a year makes. In 2017 Sutherland suffered a horrendous abductor injury that left him in a wheelchair, so few would have predicted him back in the Scotland team, let alone touted as a possible Lions starter.

Thankfully the former Hawick High man came back and produced a storming Six Nations performance that will have doubtless got the attention of the selectors.

His technical ability in the tight and strong running in the loose gives him every chance of stepping foot on the plane come June.
