#4 Hamish Watson: Prossible
Watson, whilst one of Scotland’s greatest talents, probably sits somewhere between possible and probable due to the incredibly competitive nature of his position. When you consider he’s up against the likes of Justin Tipuric, Sam Underhill, Josh Van der Flier and a potentially fit again Sean O’Brien, it’s clear that he’ll have his work cut out to get picked.
As an out-and-out 7, he may also suffer from a lack of back row versatility. Gatland is known for favouring big burly players (probably even more so against the sizable Boks), so don’t be surprised if he opts for sheet size over the speed and guile of the human pinball. But if anyone deserves to go, it's Hamish.
