The squads for the six core teams in the 2024 Super Series Sprint have been unveiled.

Alongside Ayrshire Bulls, Boroughmuir Bears, Heriot’s, Stirling Wolves, Southern Knights and Watsonians, Edinburgh and Glasgow Warriors ‘A’ teams will also compete in the tournament.

The professional clubs ‘A’ teams will feature in rounds one, three and five, with their squads – likely to be a mix of academy players and those on the fringes of the senior squads – are still to be confirmed.

Each of the core teams has also been allocated five contracted academy players.

The opening weekend of the Super Series Sprint kicks off as Edinburgh 'A' travel to Melrose to face Southern Knights on Friday evening. Ayrshire Bulls host Stirling Wolves in Friday's other match at Millbrae.

On Saturday, Heriot's welcome Edinburgh rivals Watsonians to Goldenacre, while Glasgow Warriors 'A' travel face Boroughmuir Bears at Meggetland.
