Leinster will be without several Ireland stars for the United Rugby Championship (URC) semi-final visit of Glasgow Warriors on Saturday afternoon.
Prop Tadhg Furlong and flanker Josh van der Flier are both missing up front, while centres Robbie Henshaw and Garry Ringrose, plus fullback Hugo Keenan, are also not included in the matchday 23.
The squad shows three changes from the quarter-final victory over the Scarlets last weekend.
In Keenan's absence Jimmy O’Brien shifts to take the 15 shirt, with Tommy O'Brien lining up on the right wing and James Lowe on the opposite flank.
New Zealand international Jordie Barrett, who starred in Leinster's 52-0 demolition of the Warriors in the Champions Cup in April, is again paired with Jamie Osborne in the midfield, while Jamison Gibson-Park and Sam Prendergast are the half-backs.
In the pack, Scott Penny is handed a start at openside with former World Player of the Year van der Flier not fit after a hamstring injury last week.
He joins Ryan Baird and Jack Conan - who captains the side in the absence of regular skipper Caelan Doris - in the back-row.
Ireland pair Joe McCarthy and James Ryan are the locks, with British and Irish Lions squad duo Andrew Porter and Dan Sheehan joined in the front row by Thomas Clarkson.
Leo Cullen is able to call upon the giant Springboks lock RG Snyman, voted the URC's Players' Player of the Season, from the bench, alongside France prop Rabah Slimani and another Lions squad member Ronan Kelleher.
